Hi Lynne, I met with you 2 years ago in our G-8 206 unit at Seaplace to discuss the possibility of selling our unit. We have a 4 month rental there now and keep waiting for the market to turn upward. We are still uncertain whether to do some upgrading and try to sell now or keep the tenant and sell later. Do you see the market beginning to get better? Is it still a buyers market?
