We have a 4 month rental there now and keep waiting for the market to turn upward. We are still uncertain whether to do some upgrading and try to sell now or keep the tenant and sell later. Do you see the market beginning to get better? Is it still a buyers market? We enjoy you newsletters about Seaplace so much and really appreciate you sending them.
